Sara and António Ribeiro have at Mouraz established a small beacon of sustainability in the region. With passion and commitment they’ve
converted all Antonio’s family 13 Ha vineyards to the biodynamic way over the past 8 years, their enthusiasm and energy now spreading to other growers in
their area. This is the “gentle touch†approach to viticulture and winemaking.
The Branco reveals what intensity can be coaxed out of the “common†Malvasia Fina, matched with the complexity of Bical and the energetic
balance of Cerceal.
The Tinto explores the ground breaking combination of Agua Santa, Roriz and Touriga, full of enticement and silky mystery, while the maiden vintage of the Rosé
confirms the owners’ status as talented vignerons.

Branco
Current Vintage: 2010Â
Completely unoaked. A little oily development on the nose; steely palate, just beginning to broaden out and with a well defined, long finish. Portugal for (real) Chablis
drinkers.
Tinto
Current Vintage: 2009
Well structured combination of Roriz/Alfrocheiro with Touriga. Broody yet with balanced and integrated oak.
Rosé
Current Vintage: 2010Â
Floral and summer fruited but bone dry and immensely rewarding with rice or grain salads. Touriga/ Roriz and Afrocheiro.
