Overview
Location: Douro All red varieties are planted on schist, and all white on granitic sand. Cultivation has been organic since 2006. Whilst Vesuvio is only 8km away as the crow flies, there can be a difference of up to 8 degrees C daytime lower temperatures here, which is very much reflected in the elegance of the resulting wines. Production is around 27,000 bottles of white wines and 95,000 bottles of red. 80% of production is exported. Wine List
