Pazos de Lusco (Albarino)
|
|
Location: Rias Baixas, Galicia, Spain
Website address: www.lusco.es
Pazos de Lusco is certainly one of the top cellars for Albarino in Rias Baixas. From just 6 hectares of vines in Condado de Tea, Lusco has built up a reputation
which is right at the upper tier of the best exponents of ths variety. Most of the vines were planted around the Bugallal house in the 1970s, although the property's first
single estate wine was only made in 1996, when the exceptional terroir here was fully identified.
